- Evaluate network integrity, throughput, capacity and security.
- Evaluate back-up policies, procedures.
- Evaluate resource skills, determine gaps, develop training
needs.
- Review software versions, update policies, procedures.
- Assess need for new technology, additional capabilities.
- Provide a final executive report and presentation with
summary and recommendations.
techMate Monthly Support
Landon Consultants partner with your management and IT to
identify IT goals and objectives. We continue to team with
you to ensure your success through a blend of project management,
skill augmentation, interim resources and organizational training
and development. Every contract includes:
- Identified Account Manager responsible for coordinating
all services for your optimum satisfaction.
- Assigned Technical Consultant (s) responsible for working
with your IT staff and employees and residents.
- Summary executive reports, weekly/monthly
- Scheduled executive updates.
- Immediate phone response and support (24X7)
- On-site response < 8 hours
As well as a range of other services that we customize for

- RFP guidance
- Procurement of hardware
- Identify application solutions (accounting, video surveillance,
security)
- Network design and configuration
- Network and software maintenance
- Assess network availability
