Landon Technology Group is certified in strategic planning by the American Management Association, we work with over twenty housing authorities and know the technological threats and opportunities that housing authorities face; we can bring that understanding and best practices to your organization.
We start with the fundamentals of strategic planning and approach things from a long range viewpoint, designing a strategic technology plan to meet your goals, objectives, and the critical success factors that you have developed with your board of directors. We then assess the strengths and weaknesses of your organization from a technology standpoint; in this phase we look at the applications you are using to run your operations, review the hardware infrastructure, staff leadership, and your current IT support. This assessment, allows us to identify any threats you may be facing and put together a plan to mitigate those threats before they can occur; we are then able to uncover the opportunities by taking a scan and can prioritize these opportunities with dollar estimates to use for budgetary purposes.
